Class Description:
Cake Crafting
A fun and lively 8-session program designed for beginners, aged 14 to 84! Upon completion, you will be creating cakes worthy of any celebration. Learn baking, covering and decorating techniques that include delicious cake and icing recipes, hands-on experience with rolled fondant (sugarpaste), pastillage (gum paste), and other icings and techniques, and best of all, lots of tasting!
This is an example of cakes made by students after taking only one set of 8 classes.

Cost: $250.00 + Supplies
Our next 8-week class will begin Tuesday, November 2st and will finish December 20th, 2011. 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. for 8 weeks.
There is a 2-day class scheduled for Saturday & Sunday, November 12th and 13th. 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
An advanced piping class will be held on November 21st from 7:30 to 9:30.
